QSME reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates this AUP, with or without prior notice.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Service
  • Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to access the Service without prior written consent
  • Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service's operation or infrastructure
  • Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or phishing attempts

2.4 Content Restrictions

  • Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or harassing
  • Share confidential information belonging to others without authorization
  • Post content that infringes on intellectual property rights

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must:

  • Use strong, unique passwords for your account
  • Not share your login credentials with unauthorized third parties
  • Immediately notify QSME if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
  • Ensure all users under your organization's account comply with this AUP

4. Data and Privacy

When using the Service, you agree to:

  • Only upload data that you have the right to share and process
  • Comply with applicable data protection laws when handling personal information
  • Not use the Service to collect or harvest personal data of others without consent

5. Enforcement

QSME reserves the right to:

  • Investigate any suspected violations of this AUP
  • Suspend or terminate access immediately upon detection of a violation
  • Report violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required
  • Pursue legal action for damages caused by violations
