What this shows in QSME
On QSME, each trade records their certificate on your project while they are still on site, and you check and tick it. The CCC pack is every certificate plus the council index in one zip. You still lodge it with the council.

Everything's finished. Except one bit of paper. The roofer's Record of Work. So where is it? Inbox. No results. Garage, box three of seven. Not it. Search fourteen, the ute. A pie receipt. Not it. Good pie, though.
Text the roofer. Monday. Wednesday. Friday, sorry, me again. He's on a job in Queenstown. Fair enough.
Next build, the paper goes in while they're still on site. On QSME, the roofer records his certificate on your project before he leaves. You check it, you tick it. And the CCC pack is every certificate plus the council index, in one zip.
You still lodge it with council. QSME just ends the hunt.
